Our mission is to travel to South Africa in attempts to share the love our father has put into our hearts. We will work with orphans and Aids victims through a wonderful center called Ithemba. Here we will be able to connect with the kids and show them they have not been forgotten. We will spend our days playing with them and loving them just like Jesus has taught us too. We will also be working to film some of the devastation and poverty left from the Apartheid in South Africa, as well as the rising AIDS epidemic throughout Africa so that we can be the voice of a people who have been silenced for far too long.

If you would like to help us by donating from what God has blessed you with, click on the "donate" link under the video to the right of the page. From there you will find out the many ways you can help support our trip and the kids at Ithemba.

I thank all of you for your interest in this cause and I pray that God burdens your heart for the plight of these children of God.

In Him,
Michael Tyree

  1. Yes, racism certainly still exists in South Africa. It is a lot like racism in America in post-MLK Jr. days. It is not as bad as it used to be but the small percentage of wealthy whites definitely still shows discrimination against the poor blacks. White children are taught from a young age to do things such as use a different toilet than a black person. If kids are raised by these beliefs, than of course they are going to take it into adolescence and adulthood, and teach their kids the same thing. The racism in South Africa has decreased quite a bit since Nelson Mandela, but there is no question it still exists.

  2. Racism absolutely exist in S.A. The wealth whites don't seem to hate the lower classes, they just feel "superior". This attitude creates a cycle of learning and teaching prejudices leading to separate public facilities and things of that nature. It just just how things are there and some have chosen to accept that. However, since the leadership of Nelson Madela, many have chosen to work toward a more equal future free from racism.

  3. Racism still exist in South Africa today. Although the people's rights situation has been greatly improved over the years, the country still faces challenges in dealing with the past and defining the new road to society free of racism. Racism in South Africa and racism in the United States is pretty much the same. There was a lot of racism back in the days, but with the help of Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King, both countries are getting better with the issue.
